Organic Baby Fresh Organics review

When you care for something as precious as Princess only the best will do. I do not want to use unneeded and unwanted chemicals around her. That is why organics are the way I choose to go. Some of our favorite bath products come from Fresh Organics. Fresh Organics go by the philosophy that any product they create and is meant for long term use that is safe for everyone ages newborn up. As a mother and grandmother I also love that Fresh Organics strives to use the highest quality baby care products at an affordable price to the consumers. Believe me in these days and times I still want the best just the best at a price I can afford.

The creator of Fresh Organics Jeff had been a business man for many years. When Jeff became a parent to his son he found out the sorrows of parenting and truly loving your child. His young child was born with many skin allergies and Jeff wanted to find the perfect product that would help his young child. Fresh Organics were born a few years later after the perfect formula was developed. Fresh Organic baby products are now free of most allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts,

We received the travel pack of baby products such lovely products. I think these are perfect when Princess comes to visit. We also received a full size bottle of the bubble bath and Shampoo and Body Wash that we have all ready put to work. The lovely scent that is inside of each bottle is wonderful.

Buy: you can purchase your own Fresh Organics product by visiting the Fresh Organics website located at http://www.freshorganicbaby.com As I mentioned before the prices of Fresh Organics are wonderful as well. The travel pack sells for $7.99 as well as any of the full size baby bath products.

Halloween poems to help show Gods Love

Pumpkin Prayer

{cut off top of pumpkin}
Lord, open my mind so I can learn new things about you.

{remove innards}
Remove the things in my life that don’t please you.
Forgive the wrong things I do and help me to forgive others.

{cut open eyes}
Open my eyes to see the beauty you’ve made in the world around me.

{cut out nose}
I’m sorry for the times I’ve turned my nose at the good food you provide.

{cut out mouth}
Let everything I say please You.

{light the candle}
Lord, help me show your light to others through the things I do. Amen

By: Liz Curtis Higgs

Jack O’ Lantern Poem

I am a Jack O’ Lantern
My lights will shine so bright
For I’m a Christian pumpkin
My symbols tell what’s right

My nose is like the cross
On which our Savior died
To set us free from sin
We need no longer hide

My mouth is like a fish
The whole wide world to show
That Christians live in this house
And love their Savior so!

The story starts at Christmas
My eyes are like the star
That shone on Baby Jesus
And wise men saw from far

My color, it is orange
Just like the big bright sun
That rose on Easter Day
Along with God’s own Son

And so on Halloween
Let’s set our pumpkins out
And tell the trick or treaters
What God’s love is all about!

Candy Apple Fun Facts

Candy Apple Fun Facts

Candy Apples were first introduced in Arabian cuisine. The reason was that fruit was candied to preserve it. Americans have over the years turned that practice into gigantic apples covered everything from red candy and caramel to chocolate, peanuts, popcorn, and more chocolate.
Soldiers in World War I were slanged "toffee apples"
Candy Apples are popular all over the world. China vendors sell them on bicycle, England celebrates Guy Fawkes Day with caramel apples on November 5
Everything from a Kool-Aid flavor to a nail-polish shade has been named candy apple red. The evocative color has been used as a finish on a Fender Stratocaster guitar, and Joe Bailon, a legendary car customizer, created a classic finish of the same name, which he first applied to his 1950s Chevy coupe.
Making your own? Start with tart, firm apples, which offset the sweet coating. The best picks: Granny Smith, Gala, and McIntosh. Here's a Caramel Apples recipe.

This Week has been quite trying

Oh my goodness this week has been quite trying to say the least

Monday: I had to go to the doctor to get that yearly checkup. Also took the kids as walk ins because they got up with colds and coughs. We walked in the doctors office and it is fairly large every section of the waiting room was filled with people coughing and running fever wearing face mask. Felt like the danger zone to me those with scheduled appt. not sick like me were a bit worried we would get something

Tuesday: Teacher called from school to tell me youngest would not do his work. Well when he got home of course he had an excuse told me that he was not going to use teachers pictures he wanted his own. Needless to say he did the homework and saved it all.

Wednesday: Kids that we pick up and take to church were made to wash hands off with wipes before getting on the bus but what good did that do when you ride 30 minutes with them coughing and sneezing

Thursday: Son comes home from practice delighted that if they win their friday game they knock someone out of playoffs. The heart I have I say yeah for you but what about them.

Friday: I will tell you how game goes tomorrow hopefully great and I can say we have home playoff game

Candy Apple Recipes

One of my favorite Halloween candies is Hot Cinnamon Candy Apple and Caramel Apples. Here is a recipe for you to try your hand. I am sharing this recipe at the blog Joy of Desserts

Hot Cinnamon Candy Apple Recipe

2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups corn syrup
1/3 cup hot cinnamon hearts candy
1 cup water
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cloves
3/4 teaspoon red food coloring
6 of your favorite type of eating apple, medium size
6 wooden skewers (often found in the produce dept.)

First prepare the apples for candy coating by washing them and removing the stems. Take a skewer and stab it right into the middle of the apple at its blossom end, and repeat for each apple. Be careful not to poke the skewer through the other side of the apple though. If wooden skewers are unavailable, a Popsicle stick with one end sharpened can be used in a pinch.

In a small or medium sized saucepan set on medium heat combine sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon candies, and water. Stir and keep stirring until everything is dissolved. Then stir some more just to make sure it's all dissolved. Once everything is dissolved, add cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, and food coloring to the mix.

Now boil mixture to 300°F on the candy thermometer, or until the syrup is slightly brittle when tested in cold water. Remove from heat and quickly dip your apples into your candy coating and be sure to coat them well. Slowly twirling the apple will help spread the syrup over the apple.

Place them with the skewer pointing up on waxed paper or a greased cookie sheet and allow them to harden. They will be quite hot for a while so make sure you let them cool completely to room temperature before eating! Try this candied apple recipe today.

As The Season Changes God Love Stays Strong as Always

The subject at the Gathering At The Well group has turned to season changing as well.
Genesis 8:22
While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease
The seasons change in rapid secession and in each season Gods love remains the same that we can rely on and that will protect us. As for me Fall or Autumn is one of my favorite seasons. Gods coloring book comes to life with all the tree leaves changing colors. The wonderful reds, golds, browns, all come together to form a super coloring page. I also remember that old camp song about it only taking a spark to show Gods love. One thing that we do is often have a bonfire where we can gather around and share the blessing that God has created in our lives. As we talk the sparks seem to spread Christian love. It is a wonderful feeling to warm up with the great Love of our Lord on the inside.
I volunteer at my church allot with the youth, teaching a Sunday school class, and volunteering in the younger years class as well. I spend many hours working for the Lord and studying his word this helps to pass time quickly to where the seasonal depression does not drop in.
